Sandra is not only our Groups & Incentive Manager but also our Destination Manager of Lisbon. So, she knows all the secret spots & special venues like the back of her hand.

Hermina Brincat Bonsfield is the Commercial Director at A+DMC, bringing over 32 years of experience across the Maltese tourism and MICE sectors. Starting her career in leisure travel, she built a strong foundation that led her into the meetings and events industry, where she now drives commercial strategy and client partnerships. Dynamic and challenge‑driven, Hermina is known for her energy, industry insight, and commitment to elevating A+DMC’s brand and service delivery.

Abdul Ghori​ is the Head of MICE & Leisure Groups at Desert Gate, our trusted destination partner in the UAE and part of the MTS Globe Group. He has an extensive knowledge in leisure groups, meetings, incentives and conferences, having worked with respected brands in the industry.

His passion for organising events is what kept him going for over 16 years. In his free time, he loves to network with multi-cultural groups or just watch his favourite team play.

Stephane Louise, General Manager of Hello Islands – our trusted destination partner in Mauritius as part of the MTS Globe Group – is a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience with an extensive knowledge in the MICE and Leisure group business.

His aim was to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure that Hello Islands will go above and beyond the customers’ expectations to ensure an unbelievable service, above all else.
