Since its introduction in 2017, Insights Discovery model has proved to be a valuable and useful way of improving interpersonal communication for us all. The contribution to the teamwork, commitment, productivity, and leadership has led to introducing the practical tool to all our employees.
Following the latest Insights workshop that took place in Egypt, we continue to support the professional growth of individuals in our destinations.
The most recent destination who have embarked on this development journey is Dubai, UAE. Margalida Socias, Head of Human Resources (HR) introduced the psychometric tool, built to help people understand themselves, understand the others and tackle challenges such as effective communication. Our colleagues from Dubai received their unique and in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile and the enthusiasm was visible.
Overall, the interactive workshop has proved to be useful for recognising and adapting to different behavioural styles during our day-to-day interactions with one another. We are looking forward to continuing the Insights Discovery journey to our next destination.
