We have 8 offices around Turkey, all located in regions where our hotel partners are. On a daily basis, our hotel reps visit the guests at their hotels to welcome them and to make sure that they are satisfied with their travel experience. Working together as one team, we, our internal MTS Globe colleagues in collaboration with our hotel suppliers, do our best every day to solve any issue our guests may face.

We have different excursions in our portfolio to cover the different needs of our guests. The ability to offer high quality excursion products, comes from our reliable team and long-term relationships with our suppliers, most of them over 20 years. Every element of our excursions have been tested by our team, to ensure that the best quality, experience and comfort are delivered.
In terms of excursion sales, we use our own technology TK Rep, the excursion sales tablet application, enabling our reps to show our available excursions in a dynamic, detailed and attractive way. While our portable ticket printer allows our guests to collect their excursion ticket on the spot, right after booking.
